Budapest, 27 June - 4 July 2020with Maestros Jonathan Brett and Maciej Żółtowski and the Solti Chamber Orchestra
After the great success of our first class in Budapest in 2019, for 2020 we are delighted to announce our return there for our 19th International Masterclass. Once again we will be working with Maestros Jonathan Brett and Maciej Żółtowski in collaboration with the Solti Chamber Orchestra.
This is an advanced class, offering the possibility to significantly enhance understanding of gesture and sound by working with a fine and highly responsive orchestra whilst receiving expert advice and analysis to facilitate personal development.
Active participants will receive the opportunity to work on their own choice of repertoire with the orchestra plus group and individual coaching. We also plan to include a session on vocal accompaniment, details to be notified later.
The class culminates with a concert on 4th July. All the classes and the final concert will take place in the beautiful and inspiring surroundings of the Budapest-Fasori Evangélikus Gimnázium (pictured above).
As well as all classes and lunch from Monday - Friday, the cost includes an excursion (both cultural and festive) after the final concert.
